Every machine is fully licensed, permitted, and compliant with all applicable state and federal regulations, creating a seamless, risk-free partnership for our location partners.
We operate a fully managed model, handling installation, inventory, compliance, maintenance, and day-to-day operations. In turn, our partners benefit from a passive revenue stream, earning 30% of net profits along with detailed monthly reporting for complete transparency.
Our Business Model
1. Hotbox Vending Operated Machines.
Hotbox Vending will own, operate, and refill each machine that it places in your establishments.
2. Profit Split to You.
In exchange for providing access to the location. You will receive 30% of location’s net profits after tax. Hotbox Vending can provide daily sales reports to a designated representative, along with monthly financial statements to track location performance and verify profits.
3. Zero Cost, Zero Maintenance.
HotBox Vending will provide the machines, purchase the inventory, and manage machine restocking (enterprise is charged a distribution fee from operator owned distribution services company based on units sold). In addition, HotBox Vending will provide:
Re-permitting if and when required.
Ongoing maintenance and support.
We are working on creating a bespoke, broad based insurance policy for the machines.
30 Day Trial Period
Our operating model has been to first fully permit and insure the location, and then install the machines on a trial basis. If the machines perform well, they can be permenantly located in each location. If the machines are not a value add, then we can uninstall them and cancel the permits, all at no cost to your business.
